GENERAL COPPOLA VISITS BANJA LUKA: BiH SHOULD USE ALL RESOURCES TO FIGHT CRIME

Nezavisne Novine, 24 April 2008 – Organised crime is growing in BiH as the country changes daily, which is why it is necessary to use the existing resources against organised crime as efficiently as possible,” said EUPM Head of Mission Brigadier General Vincenzo Coppola after a meeting with the RS Minister of Interior, Stanislav Cadjo, and the the Director of the RS police, Uros Pena, in Banja Luka yesterday.

General Coppola stressed that the security situation in Republika Srpska is absolutely satisfactory, regardless of the existence of certain problems. He added that the RS police keep the situation under control.
